How To Use

  • The redemption voucher is valid for 1 month after the date of issue
  • Once redeemed, you must use both journeys within 1 month
  • Both journeys for the round trip option are stored on one ticket – do not lose it!

How it works:

  • From the Airport: Ticket cannot be redeemed at Airport Counter. Instead, board the Airport Express train directly. When you reach your destination station, simply show your voucher on mobile to redeem tickets at the customer service center before passing through the electronic gates. Passport / identification card will be required
  • From Tsing Yi / Kowloon / Hong Kong Station: redeem your tickets from the customer service center in the station before passing through the electronic gates and boarding the Airport Express train. Passport / identification card will be required
